iOS Developer with product perspective Barcelona

Working between technology, Product and Design.

Product starts with choosing what to build.

My focus is to understand what people need, care for the experience and bring it into a digital product with technical judgement.

2023 - Present Bemobile

iOS App Developer, Bershka App and Correos App

At Bemobile, I currently work on Bershka App and previously worked on Correos App.

In Bershka, I am the iOS lead in the Discovery squad, focused on the app landing, menu, search and other discovery spaces. We are adding AI layers to support different user intentions: finding a garment, comparing alternatives, discovering trends or getting inspired.

Bershka App - Discovery squad iOS lead for discovery spaces: landing, menu and search. I review feasibility with Product and Design so new ideas can become clear, testable app solutions.
Correos App New Correos App built as a modularised application with SwiftUI, KMP and Unit testing.
AI-assisted work In Bershka, we use GitHub Copilot, skills and agents across the workflow: analysis, performance improvements, documentation and implementation.

Understand, decide, build.

I look at digital products from three angles at the same time: what people need, how the experience behaves and what it takes to make it work in production.

Define the problem

Before shaping a solution, I look for the user need, the context around the decision and the change the experience should make possible.

Care about use

UX training made me sensitive to clarity, accessibility and the small frictions that change how a product is understood.

Work with limits

I bring feasibility, effort and evidence into the conversation so decisions stay connected to what can create value.

Learn from use

I care about solutions that can reach the product, be observed in real use and evolve with product and technical judgement.

Three contexts, three ways of working.

Mobile commerce

Discovery surfaces

The relevant part is not the app name, but the type of decisions: how people discover products, how an idea changes that flow and what needs to be tested before it reaches production.

UX master case

CCCB.org redesign

Academic UX case from my master. It focused on making a complex, information-heavy cultural website easier to understand, navigate and use.

Gradiens

A visual almanac that organizes seasonal and contextual information for quick monthly decisions. I use Codex to accelerate product iteration, from structure and interface decisions to implementation.

CCCB.org web redesign.

CCCB.org is the digital extension of the Center for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona. In the master project, the challenge was to make a dense cultural website easier to understand without losing its identity.

Problem

Users had difficulty finding information about activities, and the structure did not clearly surface the center's themes and narratives.

Usability and accessibility

Five use cases were evaluated with Nielsen's heuristics, together with an accessibility review against European requirements.

User evaluation

Nine moderated remote tests helped validate search tasks, hierarchy, navigation and content load with SUS and qualitative surveys.

Information structure

Benchmarking, personas, journey maps, user stories and closed card sorting shaped the new information architecture.

Interface and prototype

The final work included sketches, wireframes, a style guide, a component system and a high-fidelity Figma prototype for mobile and desktop.

Role

UX/UI Designer and Scrum master. Software: Figma. Duration: 1 year. Date: 2021-2022.
